ReplyDeleteI am the creator of a website called Playlistunes, that you can find here: http://wwwplaylistunes.com , on which I fulfill my deepest passion: sharing rare music. This website is free, without ads, and without any registration, just for the passion of music.
I am writing to you today in order to know if it would be possible for you to write an article about this website, since I have almost no way to broadcast it. The thing is that according to the statistics I have access to (from Google Analytics, service that I've recently discovered) this website seems to be very appreciated by its users. I have put all my knowledge about music in it, thousands of songs I have been gathering for years). Without having made any advertising, it already reaches more than 10,000 visitors per month, which seems pretty cool to me. And most of the visitors come back, so to me it's very encouraging. But it's quite hard to reach new people, who share the same passion.
If you want to know more about me, well, I just love music, I love sharing it, and I truly hate the way music is currently spread to the masses. There is more and more cool music out there, and people seem to be more receptive to marketing than to their ears. And it seems to me that one of the reasons why is that there is almost no way to discover new music by just letting selections roll. Something made by passionate people, without any monetary interest, for passionate people.
This is why I wanted to create my own website. I'm not programmer (at all), but I learn quite fast when I love what I do. I am 23 years old, and from France (btw sorry for the mistakes I might make writing this).
So well, If you like what I do (try the Jazzy Beats for example, it might be a good first attempt), and if you feel like helping, I would be more than happy to hear from you. Since we do the same thing in quite similar ways, it could be cool to do it together.
